Allison & Ben's Downtown Nashvegas Wedding

This wedding is long over due to be blogged so at long last... it has arrived!!! Last month I went to Nashville to shoot along side Chuck Arlund and I had an absolute blast. Allison and Ben were such a cool couple and their wedding reflected their classic style with a touch of the sass. They had a beautiful ceremony at City Hall (which is a venue... not the actual City Hall) hopped over to Bar 23 for cocktail hour while City Hall was transformed to make way for their stunning reception. After hours of dancing and partying they were whisked away in a vintage Jaguar... off to a summer in New York. Here are some of my favorite shots from the day.

Allison and Ben... I hope you've been having an amazing summer in NYC. You two were simply made for each other. May you continue to make each other smile for years and years to come.

before i saw the blue note band, i was thinking retro. everything looks so ultra-loungey hipster...without trying. the best.

and damn...nashville looks so fun. i bet you had a blast being back up there.

    Thanks Mel :)

It was fun Heather... you know we love the retro chic look. Nashville is awesome, so many fun, swanky places to shoot. No wonder we miss it so much! ;) Good thing we have several weddings coming in the next year that are up there.

I am just loving these photos. Great exposures and nice contrast. I am loving the whimsy of the groom holding the bouquet! Out of the box-creative thinking...love it! The artsy action makes it divine! Very impressed. :-)
